For every 1 gram of coffee included in the product content, a 1-gram reduction in plastic usage is achieved. This enables you to reduce the carbon footprint of your products by up to 30%. After completing its lifecycle, the product can be recycled and reintegrated into the economy.
Tailor-Made Product Formula
We develop tailor-made formulas for each company based on the technical requirements of your product. All you need to do is share your existing product's Technical Data Sheet (TDS) with us. This ensures that we achieve the desired mechanical strength properties and guarantee no loss in product performance.
During formulation, many parameters such as colour, odour, and flame resistance are tailored to meet your expectations. For single-use products, we design a 100% biodegradable formula, while for long-term use, we produce more durable and fully recyclable materials.
Ease of Production
With formulas specifically developed for your product and production line, material transitions will be easier than you ever imagined. The days of repeated trials, consuming hundreds of kilos of material, and worrying about “Will my mould be damaged?” are now behind you. We design our materials to be compatible with various processes, including injection moulding, extrusion, and 3D printing.

Kahve posalarının içinde kalan doğal bitkisel yağlar, ileri ekstraksiyon yöntemleriyle ayrıştırılarak Spent Coffee Grounds (SCG) Yağına dönüştürülür.
Bu yağ, yüksek antioksidan içeriği ve zengin yağ asidi profiliyle kozmetik ve kişisel bakım uygulamaları için güçlü bir upcycled hammaddedir.
